Graduation: Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1992

Specialization: Master in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV – GVLaw/SP) in 2003. He specialized in Tax Law at the University Center of the International Institute of Social Sciences (CEU – IICS) in 1994, in Comparative International Tax Law at the International Tax Academy (IBFD) in 2000, and in Income Tax at the São Paulo Association for Tax Studies (APET) in 2004. He took a summer course at New York University (USA) in 1997.

Practice Areas: Tax, Banking and Finance Law and Corporate Law, M&A and Commercial Contracts.

Memberships: He has been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association São Paulo section since 1992, Rio de Janeiro section, and the Federal District section since 1999. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the International Bar Association (IBA), and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).

Awards: For her work in tax she was recognized by the Legal 500 (from 2012 to 2016) and by the Director’s Tax Handbook (2014). In addition, she has been nominated by several renowned international directories, such as Latin American Corporate Counsel – LACCA (from 2013 to 2017) and by the Latin Lawyer 250 (from 2013 to 2017).
